Naughton House is a manor house built around 1793 in Adam Style, modernised within the limits of a Grade 2 listed building. Heating is by biomass ensuring unlimited hot water and round the clock heating as required. Naughton Estate is a working arable farm incorporating a small Thoroughbred and Connemara Stud and sits hidden off the road between Wormit and Balmerino, approximately 12 miles from St Andrews.
