A stunning and immaculate large three bedroom house right on the seafront, with private access to the beach. The house has undergone a major refurbishment over the last year . This interior-designed house is quite unique and has been designed with great flair and creativity, whist also reflecting and keeping its maritime history.

The Net House dates back to the 18th century and gets its name from the time when it was used for workers restoring fishermen's nets. This listed house, which has won a heritage award for the transformation into a luxury dwelling, features vaulted ceilings downstairs and exposed beams upstairs.

The house comprises of three large bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom is a suite with a dressing room and decadent en-suite with cast iron double ended bath and separate shower.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with zip and link twin beds. There is a family bathroom upstairs with a polished nickel slipper bath and separate shower. Downstairs there is an additional quirky WC adorned with historical photos of the building.

There are additional rooms including an office with stunning views across the sea and the village and a very unique dining room, which seats 8-10 people, with seagrass carpets, stone vaulted ceiling and mural wall with bespoke photography from a Scottish artist.

The very large kitchen has the ambience of a French champagne tasting room and has a further dining table which seats 8 people, with a door leading to a separate utility/laundry room.

The large lounge upstairs, with its high exposed beams, has a real stove fire and double French doors which can be thrown open to listen to the waves. As you would expect, the Net House - right on the seafront - has unrivalled sea views from every room from which you can watch the seals in the bay or kayakers gliding by.

The house is double glazed and has underfloor heating throughout. There is a charming garden , with  a private driveway. Electric gates and an intercom system will be installed shortly.
