Cool, spacious and comfortable 5 bedroom house in St Andrews. Recently renovated so everything is new and fresh. Bedrooms 1 to 4 have king size beds, the 5th currently has a bunk bed although this could be changed to a further king size bed by arrangement.
1 minute walk to the beach (great coffee and toasties) and 12 to 15 minutes walk to The Old Course and town centre with all the bars and restaurants. There is also a great little pub with a beer garden just a few hundred metres away.
There are 3 bathrooms, all have showers. One is a wet room and has a bath and a shower. Two bathrooms are en-suites, one isn’t.
